Yoga
Yoga makes you harmonious with Nature and teaches you to be joyfully curious about your inner world.
My style of teaching
There are a few things I’d like you to know about my style of teaching. First rule of thumb is that you don’t have to be flexible! Too many people stop themselves from practicing yoga because of this expectation that you have to be super flexible and look like one of those model western yogis on instagram. I am going to be 100% honest with you. I have tried to be flexible my whole life, even when I used to be a dancer, my body will not stretch in miraculous ways. As for handstands, no can do. I’ve even tried a Feetup but my sinuses hurt too much upside down. I advocate for and love to use blocks. Some days, we are stiffer than others. There is nothing wrong with using blocks and props to give us some extra support.
My classes are themed with nature, the chakras and the elements. Yoga is a practice that helps us come home and discover our inner selves. Nature also helps us to do that. Afterall, we are nature, but too often we forget that. My hope through my classes is that I help you to reconnect to yourself, to your soul, to nature and original the teachings of yoga. Those are the spiritual and mental benefits which will ultimately impact your physical wellbeing.
Of course yoga is also a great stretch, sometimes better than a chiro visit, and a great workout, but those aspects are secondary and complimentary to practice of yoga as it was meant to be taught. Yoga is a profound experience of awareness, breath and a journey of alignment and embodiment and ultimately to the self.
So, if you are not flexible, if you cannot do a handstand, that’s more than ok!
I also love to teach alongside powerful music. You may find that I also infuse breathwork, kundalini, yin, reiki, crystals, crystal quartz singing bowls and chakra work within my classes.
Currently I am teaching Vinayasa, Yin Yoga, Gentle Flow and Restorative. If you’d like to chat more about yoga and organise a class with me, book in here.

Lindsay's classes are pretty amazing! After every class I feel calm and regenerated. Her classes flow with a beautiful sequence that is well balanced with meditation, strength work and balance poses. Lindsay teaches in a non judging manner and she is completely connected in mind and body with her flow. I love Tuesday night yoga classes and feel grateful to experience them with an experienced, wonderful teacher!

I really like Lindsay's class I like to add a vinyasa to my week Her class has a flow which is familiar each week which I like that as I don't have to be looking at the teacher or having to have things demonstrated first as it keeps you moving and then you can improve each week and build on what you know x

Lindsay teaches an incredible Yin yoga class on Thursday nights. As someone new to yoga, I’ve found Lindsay to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in her guidance. It’s easy to see why more experienced students, who regularly return to her class, love it so much. Yin yoga has been a fantastic way for me to begin my yoga journey. The longer holds in each pose have helped me deepen my understanding of the practice, improve my focus on breathing, and truly connect with my body. Unlike faster-paced yoga styles (which I’ve also enjoyed), Yin allows me the time to find each pose and breathe properly—something I’m still working to master in other classes. For now, Lindsay's Yin class at 7 PM on Thursdays is the highlight of my week, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

The Wednesday gentle flow 9.30 class is the best way for me to refresh my body and my mind. The breathing exercises at the start reset my thoughts and the continuous flow of the salutations gently makes my body relax while getting my blood flowing. Our yogi, Lindsay is a kind and gentle young woman and takes us through everything with our wellbeing her main focus.
