I firmly believe that Sound & Energy Healing are the way of health in the future.
Sound healing became a major part of my life the last couple of years. Suntara, one of my favourite Sound Healers became a staple with his online sound healings during the lockdowns.
I’ve always appreciated sound and music. I’ve attended sound healings and received a lot of benefit from them, but it wasn’t until 2021 that I was keen to dive in a bit deeper.
Around the time I started practicing breathwork and kundalini yoga, crystal singing bowls started calling out to me. They came to me in dreams, in my newsfeed, in conversations. It continued on for a full year until I finally listened and purchased my 7 set of crystal singing bowls and signed up for a training with Rainbow Sounds.
Crystal Singing Bowls
I remember the first time I played the bowls. I played for an hour in my small 1 bedroom unit. I wasn’t sure how to play but I did and when I finished, I felt like I was floating. My high energy kelpie was passed out on the bed. Wow.
There was something so powerful about these bowls. After my trainings with the bowls, I took them out into the world. They became part of my meditation and savasana in yoga classes. Eventually they ended up as part of every modality and service that I offer!
Now I’m a Certified Educator for Rainbow Sounds and facilitate Level 1 training. I am training to facilitate Level 2.
It’s incredible where these bowls take you and it’s even more inspiring to witness what they do for my student and clients.
They are longer woo woo. There is science to back them up - and it’s about time. Sound was used as a healing modality in ancient times! Finally, we are remembering…
My sound baths can also include Koshi Chimes, Tuning Forks, Handpan, Drums and more.
tuning Forks
Tuning forks are another modality of sound that have been calling out to me. So, in October 2023, I completed my training with the Sound Healing Academy.
We are all energy and the mighty tuning fork makes that clear.
Tuning forks can offer transformational healing through the biofield, through the chakras, as well as on the body healing for bones, ligaments and more.
I have started to use the tuning forks along with crystal singing bowls in my breathwork and reiki sessions.

Sound Baths & Modalities
I offer regular sound baths both on their own and as part of other workshops and events. I also include sound in reiki, breathwork and shamanic journeys.
