Renew: Yin yoga, Rebirthing Breathwork & Sound

  • Sacred Yoga Caringbah 6 Park Lane Caringbah, NSW, 2229 Australia (map)

We are now in the year of the wood snake which represents shedding what no longer serves (such as old habits and thought patterns) and moving into a deep state of transformation – a rebirth. This year is also a 9 year, a year of completion. It’s a time to gracefully shed the layers of what is no longer aligning with our authentic selves and it’s a time of letting go. It’s a time of deep growth and a time to step deeper into your intuition.

In this beautiful workshop, we will be releasing with no longer serves so that you can feel renewed and inspired to step further into your highest, soul-aligned potential.

We’ll begin with yin yoga, to gently stretch and relax our body and to let go of the layers of resistance. From there, you’ll be guided into rebirthing breathwork. Rebirthing breathwork is gentle, circular nose-breathing. There’s no screaming involved. It doesn’t feel like you are climbing up a steep mountain. Instead, this gentle yet mighty breath eventually allows the breath to take over and you are guided by the divine.

Rebirthing breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, rest and restore. It takes you out of fight or flight and brings you back to a state where energy can be shifted, blocks can clear and the nervous system can regulate.

As your guide, I will be holding space and guiding you into this breath. At the same time, I will be supporting your session with sound (crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, flute and more) and reiki to help release any resistance.

You will leave the session feeling a lasting sense of peace and calm, as well as feel clearer and ready for new beginnings.

Investment: $55
