This workshop is the fifth workshop of a monthly series and will focus on the throat chakra to bring you back to a state expressing your truth. The throat chakra is related to the space / ether element (Akasha). The Vishuddha Chakra, establishes a strong connection to both verbal and body language and acts as a gateway to expression, communication, and authenticity.
This chakra is located at the base of the throat, at the center of the larynx and impacts the thyroid and parathyroid glands, the jaw and the tongue. The colour associated with the throat chakra is a bright blue like the sky.
A blocked throat chakra may result in sore throats, hoarseness, thyroid issues, jaw tension, neck pain, frequent headaches. A balanced throat chakra presents as authentic expression, creative flow, confidence and self-empowerment.
You can still attend this workshop if you didn't attend the others.

- Kundalini bioenergetic breathwork practice
- Rest, restore and integrate with a throat chakra themed sound bath to pure crystal quartz singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and more.
